I’m so humbled to work with such wonderful clients. Here’s my report card of their experiences working with me:
Ben listened to our buying needs/wants and considered those in suggesting homes we might view, answered questions promptly, and was flexible with our demanding work/school schedules. When we were ready to make an offer, he was outstanding at providing the education we needed (husband was a first-time buyer; I am not). Buying our first home together was so smooth, many thanks to Ben!
Ben also helped us put together a reasonable timeline and listing price for the Benson-area home I needed to sell, which included a pre-inspection and staging. Our home listed on time and sold in one evening for above asking price. Further negotiations were trying at times, and Ben was professional in his communication with us and with the buyer’s agent.
I would recommend Ben time and time again. He’s great on his own, and his team adds an additional layer of comfort and flexibility.
Poor Ben was bombarded with questions but still made sure to get back to me ASAP without judgement (sorry again for all the newbie questions). He guided me through tours while teaching me the correct questions to ask and what to look out for when buying a home. He was nothing but honest with me from the start and that was EXACTLY what I needed. There was not a step in the process that I did not know about. He had my best interest in mind at ALL times.
I can’t thank Ben enough for making the home buying process so easy. If I am ever in the market to buy/sell my home Ben is the first person I would call. You are the best Ben!
P.S. I didn’t forget about Aubrey (his business partner). She is equally as awesome. Team Ben and Aubrey for the win. You both have my vote. If you want a team that will be honest with you from the start, patient, and that will you put you at ease throughout the entire buying process they are the ones you want to call!
Ben brought an unfathomable amount of patience to the process; for each home, he listened to our musings, sent us disclosure statements and comparable properties, accommodated our long distance home search by coordinating home tours with our families, and provided us with a perspective that made us so much more confident each step of the way. Once the offer was made and sale agreed, Ben continued to act as a trusted advisor as he helped us navigate the surprising amount of activity that happens after the sale is agreed. Ben’s commitment to serving his clients well and his network of trusted resources made buying our first home a great experience.
We had a few hiccups during the closing process, but Ben helped us navigate through them and we succeeded in closing on the original closing date.
I would recommend Ben and his team to absolutely anyone. The guy rocks and he gets things done.
He recommended people to help us in the areas we did not want to work on ourselves. Ben went over the home inspection with all of us and what items should, could and need not to be addressed prior to listing. I was able to reach Ben no matter what day or time it was and I never felt I was inconveniencing him. The house had over 60 showings in 2 days and sold for cash $16,500 over asking price. My daughter also had Ben find her a home in Omaha last year and she had nothing but great things to say about him. I have and will highly recommend Ben to anyone buying or selling a home.
